After more than 20 years of experience with in-person Diploma programs and 8 years of online Diploma programs, we have selected the most relevant success factors to transform it into an innovative and impactful program.

The diploma program has been designed to train future quality leaders with the basic tools needed to implement improvement projects, organize workgroups, and properly manage change. Once the Specialization Diploma is completed, there is the option to continue with the Master’s program.
